# Dec 2025: Enterprise Admin - Domain Verification

Now enterprise admins can verify their organization's domain for tighter security.

Enterprise admins can now verify their organization's domain in Stackby — enabling tighter control over who can join the organization and strengthening security.

### **What it does**

-   Verify one or more email domains belonging to your organization (e.g., @[yourcompany.com](https://yourcompany.com))
    
-   Automatically associate new sign-ups with your verified domain to your organization
    
-   Prevent unauthorized users from creating standalone accounts with company email addresses
    
-   Enforce SSO or specific login methods for verified domain users
    

### **Setup**

Domain verification is done by adding a DNS TXT record to your domain's DNS settings — a standard, secure verification method. Once verified, all domain-management features become available in the Admin Panel.

### **Why it matters**

For enterprises, having your domain verified means every employee who signs up is automatically under your organization's governance — with the right policies, permissions, and controls applied from day one.
