The Audit Trail is a tamper-resistant, chronological record of significant events in your organization. Designed for compliance, security investigations, and operational accountability.
Available on: Enterprise plan only
Access requires: Organization Admin or Super Admin
Retention: 12 months default (custom available)
Open the Enterprise Admin Panel.
Navigate to Security → Audit Trail.
Category | Events Captured |
Record changes | Created, updated, deleted (with old/new values) |
User actions | Login, logout, failed logins, invitations |
Permission changes | Role changes, view/column permission updates |
Automation events | Triggered, executed, enabled/disabled |
API access | API calls via Personal Access Tokens |
Stack management | Stack created, renamed, deleted; table and field changes |
Filter by: date range, user, event type, workspace/stack.
Click Export to download the current filtered view as CSV for compliance reporting.
