# Email Notification on Forms

How to send emails to yourself on form submissions

You asked for it and we brought it!

Now, receive an Email Notification when someone submits a new entry through the form.

**To turn on email notifications for a form:**

1. **Open your Stackby table**

2. Go to the [**Form View**](https://help.stackby.com/en/articles/139-guide-to-creating-forms.md) you've created

3. Click the ⚙ [**Form Settings**](https://help.stackby.com/en/articles/150-overview-of-form-settings.md) button (top-right)

4. Navigate to the **Submission** tab

5. Toggle **Send Email Notifications** to ON

6. Your email (the logged-in user) will appear below this toggle

    > 🔔 _Currently, notifications are sent to the table creator or logged-in user who enabled the setting_

7. Click **Save**

That’s it! You’ll now receive an email every time someone submits the form.

> **Info:** **Hot Tip:** If you want different team members to receive the email notification as well, they just need to login to their Stackby Account and follow the same steps above.
