Stacks: Stackby Enterprise Admin Panel

Manage all your databases (stacks) and manage their collaborators from a single place.

Stack Management

The Stack Management page in the Stackby Admin Panel allows administrators to view and manage all stacks across workspaces. It provides key details such as stack ownership, workspace association, collaborators, creation date, and activity, making it easier to monitor and administer stacks across the organization.

Access Stack Management

  1. Open the Admin Panel.

  2. Click Stack Management from the left sidebar.

  3. The Stack Management page displays a list of all stacks.

Search for a Stack

Use the Search box to quickly find a stack by its name.

Filter Stacks

Click the Filter icon to narrow down the list of stacks based on available criteria.

Download Stack Data

Click Download CSV to export the list of stacks and their details for reporting or analysis.

Stack Information

Each stack displays the following details:

Fields

Description

Stack ID

Unique identifier of the stack.

Stack Name

Name of the stack.

Workspace

Workspace where the stack belongs.

Owner

User who owns the stack.

Collaborators

Users who have access to the stack.

Collaborators Count

Total number of collaborators.

Created At

Date the stack was created.

Last Updated

Most recent date the stack was modified.

Status

Current status of the stack, if applicable.

Note: The columns displayed may vary depending on your Stackby version and organization settings.

View Stack Details

Click a stack name to open additional information, such as:

  • Stack metadata

  • Associated workspace

  • Owner details

  • Collaborators

  • Creation and update history

What You Can Do

The Stack Management page helps administrators:

  • View all stacks across the organization.

  • Search for specific stacks.

  • Filter stack records.

  • Monitor stack ownership.

  • View stack collaborators.

  • Check workspace associations.

  • Export stack information to CSV.

  • Review stack activity and creation details.

Yes. Use the Search field to quickly find a stack by its name.
