The Workspace Management page in the Stackby Admin Panel allows administrators to view and manage all workspaces within the organization. It provides workspace details, collaborator information, stack counts, and organization status in a single place.

Open the Admin Panel.
Select Workspace Management from the left sidebar.
The Workspace Management page displays all available workspaces.
Use the Search box at the top of the page to quickly find a workspace by its name.
Click the Filter icon to narrow down the list based on available filter options.
Click Download CSV to export the workspace list and its details into a CSV file for reporting or analysis.
Click Workspace Checklist to view or manage checklist items related to workspace administration.
Each workspace displays the following information:
Fields | Description |
ID | Unique identifier of the workspace. |
Name | Name of the workspace. |
Stack Count | Number of stacks available in the workspace. Click the count to view its stacks. |
Collaborators | Displays profile images of workspace collaborators. |
Collaborators Count | Total number of collaborators. Click the count to view all collaborators. |
Created At | Date when the workspace was created. |
Organization Workspace | Indicates whether the workspace belongs to the organization. |
Navigate through multiple pages using the pagination controls at the bottom of the page.

Enter a Page Number to jump directly to a specific page.
You can also change the Page Size to display more or fewer workspaces per page.
Using Workspace Management, administrators can:
View all workspaces in one place.
Search for specific workspaces.
Filter workspace records.
Export workspace details as a CSV file.
View the number of stacks in each workspace.
Check workspace collaborators.
Monitor organization workspaces.
Navigate through large workspace lists with pagination.
1.Can I search for a specific workspace?
Yes. Use the Search field to quickly locate a workspace by its name.
2.Can I export the workspace list?
Yes. Click Download CSV to export the workspace information.
3.What does Stack Count show?
It displays the total number of stacks in a workspace. Clicking the count opens the list of stacks associated with that workspace.
4.Can I see who has access to a workspace?
Yes. The Collaborators and Collaborators Count columns show the users who have access to the workspace.
5.What does the Organization Workspace column indicate?
It identifies whether the workspace is designated as an organization workspace. A checked box indicates it belongs to the organization.
