Open the Grid view of your table.
Click on the Group By option.
Select the first column you want to group your records by.
Click Add Group to add another grouping level.
Select the second column for the subgroup.
Continue adding more columns if required.
Records will be organized into nested, collapsible groups based on your selected columns.
You can expand or collapse groups to view the records.
Use sorting and filtering along with Multi Group By for better organization and analysis.
