# Jan 2026: Enterprise Admin - Audit Trail

Enterprise customers get full audit trail of all activities of their team members.

Enterprise organizations can now access a full audit trail of all activity across their Stackby workspace — giving administrators complete visibility into who did what and when.

### **What it tracks**

-   Record creation, edits, and deletions — by which user, in which stack and table
    
-   Downloaded tables (CSV) and stacks (XLS)
    
-   Automation triggers and executions
    
-   User logins, invitations, and permission changes
    
-   Workspace and stack creation, renaming, and deletion events
    
-   API access events tied to personal access tokens
    

### **How to access it**

The Audit Trail is available in the Enterprise Admin Panel under the Activity or Security section. Logs can be filtered by date range, user, event type, and workspace.

### **Why it matters**

For enterprise organizations, audit trails are often a compliance requirement. They also help administrators investigate incidents, understand data access patterns, and ensure accountability across large teams.
