The Activity Bar in Stackby is a powerful feature that allows users to track changes, monitor collaboration, and maintain control over their workspaces and stacks.
To get to the Activity Log of your board, expand record, click on “Show comment and history”, click "Activity" in the top right corner of your board.
To start adding activity, click on the “Create Activity” button.
Different types of activities are there, such as Log meeting, call summary, Note or create Custom activity(user can create his/her own activity)
Log meeting
: It is used for recording meetings related to the record.
In log meeting use can add date, Start and End Time Selectors, Text Editor,Call Summary
: A record of a phone conversation.Note
: General notes related to the record.Create Custom Activity: Users can create their own activity type.
What is Custom Activity and Its features?
It allows users to create a new activity type.
Activity field name: Users can type a custom name for the new activity.
Background Color Selection: A variety of color options to categorize or visually differentiate activities.
Icon Selection: Different icons (e.g., checkmark, warning, clock, like/dislike, lock, wrench) to represent the activity.
