Grid View 

Mac Shortcuts 

General 

  • Cut cell or Range of cells: ⌘ + X
  • Copy cell or Range of cells : ⌘ + C
  • Paste cell or Range of cells: ⌘ + V 
  • Undo: ⌘ + Z
  • Redo: ⌘ + Y

Tables 

  • Insert a record: SHIFT + ENTER (from last record in table)
  • Expand a record: SPACE
  • Select a record: SHIFT + SPACE
  • Select multiple rows: SHIFT + UP or DOWN
  • Move a cell: ARROWS or TAB
  • Move to end of row or column: ⌘ + ARROWS
  • Edit a selected cell: ENTER 

Expand Record 

  • Next record: ⌘ + SHIFT + . 
  • Previous record: ⌘ + SHIFT + , 
  • Close the expanded record: ESC
